About the Role
We're hiring a UX & UI Designer to help design intuitive, high-converting digital experiences across the Moveex website, customer portal, and internal tools. You'll work closely with product managers and developers to turn complex logistics workflows into simple, user-friendly interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web and product features
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate, pixel-perfect implementation
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data
Requirements
3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally for SaaS or web platforms
Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design process (research to final UI)
Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, variables)
Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles
Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing for logistics, freight, or supply chain platforms
Familiarity with Framer or other no-code/low-code prototyping tools
Experience running quantitative and qualitative user research
